Free Winter Solstice Celebration & Mindfulness Walk
Winter solstice has traditionally been a time of renewal and creating intentions with the increased illumination.
Come celebrate winter solstice at Bluff Lake as we reflect on our planet’s journey around the sun and enjoy a respite from busyness. We’ll hold a small celebration at the pavilion honoring the sun’s return, followed by a Solstice-themed Mindfulness Walk led by Joann Calabrese, qigong instructor, and author of Growing Mindful, Explorations in the Garden to Deepen Your Awareness.
This event will be held entirely outdoors, so prepare for cold temperatures by wearing layers and warm footwear. We will cancel the event if inclement weather is forecast.
