Youth Council

Generation Wild Northeast Metro Coalition’s Youth Council is a youth-driven group that:

Participates in outdoor activities such as hiking and visiting wildlife refuges
Learns about and helps Generation Wild Northeast Metro Coalition’s partner organizations onsite
Provides feedback to help improve partner organizations’ programs
Allows youth to connect with their peers

We learned about engagement techniques and led educational tabling activities.

We supported Gen Wild partners by removing invasive weeds from their programming spaces.

We got to know the NEMC Gen Wild partners and promoted Gen Wild’s mission to our community.
