GRIT cohorts are offer twice per year, once in the spring and once in the fall, ideal for ages 18-24.
Over the course of two months, young adults in our GRIT Program embody community leadership skills, deepen their relationship with the natural world, learn how to succeed in the workplace, develop urban resilience job skills, and launch their careers. Participants leave with valuable certifications as well as a year of career support.
